ING’s life insurance arm sees assets up 10% in Romania
Insurance company ING Asigurari de Viata, which sells life insurance, saw its net financial assets up 10% in September, to some EUR 613 million, the company announced.
The value of gross subscribed premiums was 10% in the first nine months of the year, and stood at some EUR 102 million. The insurer paid some EUR 21.3 million to its clients in compensation in the first nine months of the year, up 9.2% year-on-year.
The company also manages two optional pension funds, ING Activ and ING Optim, whose net asset value was of EUR 107.5 million end – September, up 33% year-on-year.
