Romania will benefit from the expertize of the European Investment Bank (EIB), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and the World Bank for modernizing the public administration and for supporting the structural reforms.

The international institutions will also help Romania prepare and implement the projects financed with EU money, to increase the EU fund absorption rate for the 2014-2020 programming period, reports local Agerpres.
