Investment fund First Property Group sells warehouse in Ploiesti
British investment fund First Property Group will sell one of its three properties in Romania, namely a warehouse located in Ploiesti.
The buyer is the firm Aquila Part Prod, and the deal’s value reaches EUR 3.2 million.
Aquila Part Prod is active in transport, logistics, and distribution. It is currently the tenant of the warehouse, but the lease contract expires in July this year. The company is owned by local investors Alin Dociu and Catalin Vasile, and has a turnover of EUR 150 million.
First Property Group acquired last year the spaces where nine Lidl supermarkets operate in Romania. The deal’s value amounted to EUR 10.5 million. The fund also owns an office building in Bucharest.
