Investment funds’ interest up for transactions in Romania
Investment funds’ interest in transactions on the Romanian market and the number of such operations increased in the first eight months of this year, according to EY Romania.
“Meanwhile, the funds’ investment strategy remained unchanged from the last two years, still targeting transactions between EUR 5 million and EUR 50 million,” said Mihai Pop, manager in the Transaction Assistance Department, EY Romania, cited by local Economica.net.
The European market of stock listings has recovered in 2013, after a long period of hibernation, and this trend continues in 2014, with a constant series of exits already announced, according to EY.
