Iris Shopping Centre in Bucharest, owned by Aberdeen Immobilien, will re-launch early November with a new tenant mix that includes retailers C&A and Deichmann. C&A has leased 1,800 sqm, divided on two floors, while Deichmann will occupy a 500 sqm area at the first floor, according to to DTZ Echinox.

Iris Shopping Center is a 51,650 sqm GLA project, located in the Titan area, developed by Avrig 35. The project has been sold to Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Immobilienfonds (DEGI) in June 2008 and it is now part of the Aberdeen Immobilien portfolio. The project presently has over 50 units and main anchors such as Domo, Sprider, Tako, Reno, Adidas Outlet.
