Real estate developer Iulius Group has started work on a new class A office building that is part of the Openville Timisoara complex.

This is the third office building developed under the United Business Center (UBC) brand.

The project provides the construction of seven office buildings. The UBC 3 building will have about 18,000 sqm, 14 floors and will be LEED certified. It uses less water and energy and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.

Based on developing two other office buildings in Openville, the estimated delivery time for UBC 3 is about 12 months. In parallel, the developer continues work on UBC 1, the 13,000-square-meter building that will be ready this summer. It will soon start work on two new office buildings.

In January, Iulius Group inaugurated the first 18,000 sqm office building, fully leased by IT and automotive companies.
