Japanese Shiseido, one of the most popular cosmetic brands worldwide, will launch, in Romania, its first dedicated SPA in Eastern Europe by the end of 2013.

The new Shiseido SPA will be opened within the Stejarii Country Club leisure complex located in Baneasa forest in northern Bucharest.

The SPA will include therapy suites, an energy pool, chill relax spaces, a Hammam, sauna and steam rooms, a hair and beauty salon, an art gallery, as well as Pilates and yoga studios.

Moreover, because 35 percent of the SPA centers’ customers are men, “Shiseido SPA will also provide special care services and decorated spaces for them,” reads a statement of Stejarii Country Club.

Shiseido is a major Japanese cosmetics producer. With its first Western-style pharmacy opened in 1872, the company has been constantly changing for more than 100 years.

Stejarii Country Club is an EUR 18 million leisure complex developed by Romanian businessman Ion Tiriac in Baneasa forest, northern Bucharest.

Built on an area of around 22,000 smq, the complex offers access to a wide range of facilities, such as fitness, swimming pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, squash courts, a jogging track, relaxation areas and SPA.
