City Compass Media, the publisher of Romania-Insider.com, is looking for a media & network development intern for a 6-month, unpaid internship.  Bonuses, in kind benefits and sales commissions will be available during the internship period, as well as possibility to become a full-time employee, all tied to performance.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Intern, willing to develop and grow within a dynamic start-up. The position supports the Business Development Manager in our Bucharest office.

Tasks:

·  research, prospecting and finding leads for potential advertising clients
·  support with cold calling, contacting, delivery and managing accounts
·  support with offers creation
·  support with sales and project management of the Expat Fair

Profile:

·  Background in media, marketing or business (studies, internships etc.) is an additional asset
·  Romanian native with very good English proficiency (writing & speaking)
·  Experience in sales is a plus
·  Consistent NGO experience is a plus
·  Demonstrates a methodical approach from previous employment/university work using tools such as MS Office – must have: very good knowledge of Powerpoint
