John E. Pepper Jr., one of the most influential and admired business leaders in the US, comes to Romania at the end of April for a series of conferences. He will also launch the Romanian version of his book What Really Matters.

The What Really Matters - A conversation with John E. Pepper Jr.: Ensuring sustainable profitable growth for your business conference will take place at Athenee Palace Hilton in Bucharest on April 29. Pepper’s speech will focus on four words: development, contribution, inspiration and sharing, the four words which represent the key to his success.

Wave Division, one of the largest companies in Romania specialised in consumer engagement, organises the conference.

John E. Pepper Jr., 77, spent 40 years at Procter & Gamble, where he held several positions, including CEO and Chairman between 1995 and 1999 and Chairman of the Board between 2000 and 2002. He also served as Chairman of the Board at Walt Disney Company between 2007 and 2012.

He currently serves as Honorary Co-Chairman of the Board of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center.
