Large Ukrainian company opens branch in Romania
Kiev-based Vikoil Ltd has opened a branch in Romania, the only one outside Ukraine, and targets activities in the onshore and offshore prospects of oil and gas, mainly in the unconventional category, reports local Economica.net.
The company is owned by businessman Serghei Ushinskiy, has 300 employees, and has previously worked in the Middle East, Russia, North Africa and Latin America. It is one of the largest companies of its kind in Ukraine.
The Romanian branch is headquartered in Bucharest.
