Largest Portuguese retailer Lanidor enters Romania

Largest Portuguese women’s clothing retailer Lanidor will open its first store in Romania in the Park Lake commercial center in Bucharest in September. The unit will have a surface of 125 sqm.

The Lanidor brand will enter via a franchise owned by QAZ Fashion Retail, a company controlled by the Romanian investor Adrian Dumitrescu. The firm aims to open at least two Lanidor stores per year in Bucharest and in other cities in Romania.

Lanidor was founded in 1966, and is part of the group with the same name. The group also owns the luxury brand Globe, men’s clothing brand Quebramar, accessories brand Casa Batalha, and home & decor brand Companhia do Campo.
