Late Romanian investor Patriciu’s villa, up for sale by bank
A bank in Romania will be auctioning off a villa that used to belong to late Romanian businessman Dinu Patriciu, to recover a debt of over RON 14 million (some EUR 3.17 million), reports local Digi24. This is also the starting price for the property.
The villa is located in Snagov, near Bucharest and the auction is scheduled to take place on September 23.
Dinu Patriciu died earlier this month in a hospital in London. He has been suffering from cancer for several years and had a liver transplant in 2012.
