Leisure park in Bucharest brings Santa Claus from Finland to entertain children in December
A Santa Claus from Finland will come to entertain the children visiting the Santa Claus Kingdom hosted by the Divertiland Playland indoor leisure park in Bucharest.
Between December 14 and December 20, children and parents will have the chance to see and make pictures with the original Santa Claus, according to the event’s organizers.
Santa Claus (also known as Joulupukki) is a Scandinavian tradition that comes from Lapland in northern Finland. Santa’s house and workshop are located in the Korvatunturi mountains, which are made of three peaks that look like ears. The legend says that these ears help Santa hear the children’s wishes.
Santa Claus (Joulupukki) receives millions of letters every year. He usually wears red clothes and travels in a reindeer sled.
The Santa Klaus Kingdom hosted by Divertiland Playland will stay open every day throughout December until 21:00. The tickets’ prices start at RON 25 (EUR 5.6).
