RRG Real Estate, the developer of Linda Residence, located in the eastern part of Bucharest, reported sales of 65 apartments in the first eight months of this year. From the total of 226 units located in eight buildings, only about 100 are still available for sale, according to Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania, the exclusive sales agent.

“We estimate that the sales will be completed next summer, given that the project is finalized and considering the interest shown by potential buyers," said Peter Savateev, CEO RRG Estate, developer of Linda Residence.

In May this year, a Greek investment fund has acquired a 28-apartment package in Linda Residence. The project is developed by RRG – Rivergate Rating Group, a company controlled by two Dutch investors. The investment in this project was of EUR 20 million, according to data from 2008, when construction works started.
