Skin Media, the sole Nikon importer to Romania and distributor of Logitech, Lexar, CodeMasters or Adata products on the local market, took over Bucataras.ro, one of the most popular culinary websites in Romania.

“There have been talks since August, when we received their request, and we’ll ensure a fluid transition in the coming months,”  Augustin Roman, owner of the culinary website, told local Wall-street.ro.

Bucataras.ro attracts 300,000 hits per day and 80,000 unique visitors, according to Sati.ro. Before the transaction, the business had 6-7 employees and they might keep their jobs after the transition is completed. The transaction’s value was not disclosed.
