Lugera: Women make a third of managers in Romania
Women managers are becoming increasingly more important in companies in Romania.
About 35% of the current employees with management jobs in our country are women, according to local HR company Lugera.
In the Netherlands, only 20% of the managers are women, whereas in the Czech Republic over 50% of the managers are women, said Gerard Koolen, group managing partner within Lugera, reports local Wall-street.ro.
“More and more managers are women, and this is mostly due to increased attention to multitasking processes,” said Koolen.
