Luxoft Romania, the local subsidiary of the Russian software developer Luxoft, has extended its lease agreement with the Novo Park office park in the Pipera area, Northern Bucharest, until 2025.

The company moved to Novo Park in 2007 in a 9,500 sqm office. It has recently inaugurated a large-scale network equipment testing laboratory at Novo Park, Luxoft Professional Romania general director Bogdan Pelinescu said.

Luxoft is specialized in the development of custom-made software solutions for foreign customers, mainly from Western Europe and the US. Its customers are active in various industries such as auto, finance, telecom, technology, energy, tourism and aviation.

Novo Park is owned by local investor Liviu Tudor, one of the biggest owners of office space in Romania.
