The low-cost air company WizzAir announced today (October 3 ) that a charge of EUR 10 will be introduced for a large items of hand luggage (42x32x25 cm). Luggage that fits under the seat will remain free of charge, along with products bought in airport boutiques after the security control.

This charge will apply on tickets bought from Thursday, October 3, for passengers traveling from October 24.

Hungarian budget airline Wizz Air operates low cost flights to Central and Eastern Europe. The company was founded in 2003 and the first flight started in 2004.
