American singer Marc Anthony has canceled his concert planned for Romania in May this year, and postponed it for March 2015.

Romania was not the only country scrapped – the singer canceled his whole European tour, and the concerts scheduled for Moscow, Kiev, Istanbul and Bucharest were postponed. The decision was triggered by the conflicting situation in Ukraine.

Marc Anthony will thus perform for the first time in Romania on March 31, 2015, and tickets bought for the May 18, 2014 concert will still be valid for the 2015 gig. Those who decide to hold on to their concert tickets will get a bonus meeting with Marc Anthony at an after party in a Bucharest club.

Those who opt for a refund need to contact the Vreau Bilet ticketing agency, at the sales point in the Unirea Shopping Center on the second floor, starting March 31, 2014.

Marc Anthony is the best-selling tropical salsa artist of all times. He won two Grammy awards and three Latin Grammy prizes, selling millions of albums worldwide.

Anthony released his first album, When The Night Is Over, in 1991, while his 1995 album was nominated for a Grammy, with songs like Te Conozco Bien, Hasta Ayer, and Nadie Como Ella.

The artist married pop star Jennifer Lopez in June 2004, but the couple announced their separation in July 2011.
