Michelin and Euromaster relocating to Global City Business Park in North Bucharest
Two new companies have recently signed lease contracts for 4,000 sqm office space in the Global City Business Park, owned by Global Finance. Tire manufacturer Michelin leased an area of 3,450 sqm in the office complex, while Euromaster will occupy some 550 sqm, according to Ivana Bozjak, Partner and Head of Real Estate, Global Finance.
“The two contracts were signed for a period of five years, and negotiations took four months. These partnerships come at a favorable time for us - in the first part of the year, two of our largest tenants renewed their contracts, namely Coca-Cola HBC and Total Soft”, said Ivana Bozjak.
Michelin and Euromaster employees will start work in the Global City Business Park offices in August this year, bringing the total number of people working in the two office buildings to almost 2,400.
Located in Northern Bucharest, Global City has a built surface of 56,000 sqm and a total class A rental space of 51,000 sqm spread over two buildings. The project, which was fully completed in February 2010, has some 840 parking spaces, besides those existing outside.
Global City Business Park currently has 26 tenants, including Coca-Cola HBC Romania, Total Soft, Call Point, Euroins, Ford, Cycle, ICAP, Global Finance, Daewoo and Monsanto.
