Microsoft Romania plans to add 100 more people to its team this year
Microsoft Romania has made plans to hire around 100 people this year and it will use social networks to select many of the candidates, according to Cosmin Bordea, the company's HR Lead.
Microsoft hired 80 people for its activity in Romania last year and 20 more for other regional centers, such as US and Denmark. The company wants to fill in various positions, from engineers to top management. “The process has already started and for many of the positions we are using social networks like Facebook and Twitter. For the others, like management positions, we will use executive search companies,” said Bordea.
Microsoft Romania has 300 employees, according to data from September last year.
