Miguel Trindade, former asset and finance manager at Sonae Sierra Romania, has been appointed financial director of Immochan Romania.

From this position, Trindade will coordinate Immochan’s financial activity in Romania, according to a statement from the company.

Portuguese Trindade started his career in 1998, working with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte in Romania, Portugal and UK.

He also worked for the Government of Portugal to the Azores between 2004 and 2007, in the real estate-finance department of the Ministry of Health.

Between 2007 and September 2013 he worked in Romania for Sonae Sierra.

Immochan Romania’s team is currently formed of 20 people, after the company took over the Real commercial galleries.

Immochan Romania, the real estate division of French group Auchan, is currently developing two shopping centers in the country, one in Bucharest - Drumul Tabarei and one in Brasov - Coresi.
