Car traffic between Chitila and the Militari area of Bucharest will be shut down during August, when works will start on the Northern ring road of the capital city, according to the National Roads Company. Traffic will be shut starting August 2nd and until August 31 on the DN7 road sector between the the DN7 crossroads with the Northern ring in Chitila locality and the crossroads between the A1 highway with the Bucharest ring road (Carrefour Militari area).

The National Roads Company is planning to finalize works on the 21-kilometer North ring road sector between Chitila and Voluntari until the end of this year, with a budget of EUR 70 million.
