A total of 100 miniatures of classical chairs will be exhibited at the newest shopping center in Bucharest, Promenada Mall, between October 22 and November 5.

The miniature chairs, the exact 1:6 replicas of the originals, will be presented on plinths in an installation inside the soon-to-be-opened shopping center.

Each exhibit will be accompanied by sketches and documents illustrating the development of the seats from the first draft, to production to their actual use.

The Miniatures Exhibition, organized by Vitra, includes prototypes of classical seats dating from between 1800 and 1990.

The new shopping center Promanada in the Floreasca area of Bucharest, developed by Raiffeisen Evolution, is set for opening in October this year.
