MOL spends EUR 1.3 mln on four new filling stations in Romania

Oil and gas company MOL, part of Hungarian group MOL, opened four new filling stations in Romania, following investments of EUR 1.3 million.

After the opening of the new stations in Bihor, Constanta, Hunedoara and Mures counties, the company now has 147 filling stations in Romania.

According to Kinga Daradics, MOL Romania’s CEO, the network expansion is a key element in the company’s growth strategy in the medium term, reports local news agency Mediafax.

MOL Romania’s fuel sales increased to 373,000 tonnes in the first nine months of 2013, up 7 percent year-on-year.

MOL Group is an integrated oil and gas company from Hungary. The company has operations in around 40 countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
