Engineering software provider expands its Technology Innovation Centre in Romania
American engineering software provider Ness Software Engineering Services (SES) is expanding the workforce in its Iasi Technology Innovation Centre, in northeastern Romania. The center has increased six times since it was founded three years ago, and Ness SES wants to add 70 engineers to its local team in the second half of this year.
Ness SES announced in January this year its collaboration with TiVo.Inc, a leader in next-generation television services. Its team helps TiVo extend its ability to deliver next-generation television experiences by providing high quality and cost-effective research and development (R&D) services.
“In the age of the thriving digital economy, this is a fantastic opportunity for talented engineers – either fresh out of University or with years of experience. […]These positions are best suited to engineers who have an entrepreneurial spirit and want the work they do to have a tangible impact on our clients’ businesses. The expansion of our organisation also helps to generate greater awareness within the wider European marketplace of the tremendous talent we have here in our region,” said Stefan Rusu, vice president of delivery at Ness SES’ Technology Innovation Centre in Iasi.
