New all-inclusive seaside resort gets urban zonal planning approval
A new seaside resort will be built between existing Costinesti and Olimp. The all-inclusive resort called Terra will include 40 villas, three hotels and a SPA center, along with restaurants and stores, a mini-golf course, tennis courts and a heliport. The Constanta County Council has recently approved the zonal urban planning for this initiative, which came from the 23 August locality city hall.
The resort will be half the size of Mamaia seaside resort. It will cover around 1,500 hectares. The developments will be made by foreign investors. According to the 23 August city hall, Austrian investors will be the first to start investing EUR 200 million. The idea of a new resort has been developed locally for the last three years, until the first round of approvals finally came.
