New shopping center in Bucharest reaches 85% occupancy rate
The shopping center ParkLake in eastern Bucharest has reached an occupancy rate of over 85%, after signing new lease contracts.
The new tenants include British fashion retailer Debenhams, which has rented an area of 5,000 sqm, and Polish group LPP, which gathers the brands Reserved, Mohito, Sin Say, House and Cropp. Famous brands such as H&M and the brands within the Inditex group, namely Bershka, Massimo Dutti, Stradivarius, Zara, Pull & Bear, Oysho, have also signed with the new mall.
The shopping center also added among its new tenants shoe & jewelry retailers such as Geox, Il Passo, Aldo, Piazza Italia, CCC, Swarovski, Splend’or, and B&B.
The project, which is developed by Sonae Sierra and Caelum Development, will open in 2016. The investment amounted to EUR 180 million.
