Werk Property Group is currently developing the Vox Technology Park office project in Timisoara, Western Romania. It will be the first office complex in Romania allowing biometric access for employees, by fingerprint scanning or facial recognition.

The project will be delivered in December this year. It will include two office buildings, with seven, respectively ten floors, with a rentable area of 26,000 sqm. The total investment amounts to EUR 30 million.

The office buildings will include a food court, a fitness hall, rooms and showers for bikers.

Werk Property Group has recently launched a program supporting startups in Timisoara. The best project will get for a free an office space in the Vox Technology Park.
