Oil group OMV Petrom’s Supervisory Board has appointed Romanian Radu Caprau, 43, as member of the group’s Directorate in charge with the Downstream Oil division.

He will replace Neil Anthony Morgan, who announced he would leave the company on September 30, 2018. Caprau’s mandate will thus start on October 1, 2018.

He started working for OMV Petrom in 2005, as retail manager of OMV Bulgaria and has been coordinating the group’s retail division, OMV Petrom Marketing, since July 2014.

OMV Petrom’s Downstream Oil division includes the the Petrobrazi oil refinery and all of the group’s fuel distribution operations in Romania and on neighboring markets.
