Real estate developer One United Properties (BVB: ONE) has bought a 3,065-square-meter plot of land to expand the One Lake Club residential project on the shores of Lake Tei in Bucharest, the company said.

The acquisition will allow the development of two additional buildings, with approximately 119 apartments, private gardens and direct access to the park.

The decision to expand the project was driven by the strong demand for housing units, the developer explained.

The complex will include 5 towers with approximately 544 apartments, spread over a plot of land with an area of ​​22,000 square meters. One Lake Club will also have a 7,200-square-foot gym and semi-Olympic pool with a lake-opening pool, shopping areas, playgrounds and seating areas.
