(P) BWFR kicks off the 2016 edition of the seminar “From employee to entrepreneur”
Following the success of its previous edition, Business Women Forum Romania (BWFR) kicks off the second edition of the Start-Up seminar “From employee to entrepreneur” on 24 of May 2016.
The seminar’s focuses on practical tools for “How to Start Your Business in Romania”, featuring 3 courses along with personal Mentoring, aiming to support entrepreneurs on their way for initiating their business. The course and personal mentoring will be done in English, held by leading mentors from the business community and leading managers .
The special seminar cover 3 major courses, essential for a successful start of any business:
1. The business plan – the process of building a business plan, testing your concept, basic feasibility checks, developing your unique business model and identifying your target audience.
The participants will also gain insight on how to choose their partners and how to set up their business goals.
2. The marketing plan & sales strategies – this important seminar will cover the main aspect of - how to build your marketing plan, how to develop an online marketing strategy, website and social media channels and will also include a complete beginners’ guide regarding a successful sales meetings.
3. Start up financing – the final course will address a series of creative financing solutions, financing sources for startups, meeting guidelines on how to approach the financiers and it will also include case studies and live practicing sessions.
In order to provide direct answers and relevant case studies, the meetings are held in small groups, limited to 10 participants and available after work (18:00 - 21:00). This seminar is aimed at empowering and inspiring women who wish to start their own business or have already launched their startup (or NGO).
BWFR – Business Women Forum Romania is dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs, corporate managers, company owners and NGO leaders. BWFR membership is free, currently serves more than 850 members. BWFR activities consist weekly seminars and workshops dedicated to various business topics.
The seminars’ manager is Osnat Peled, BWFR President & General Director of Mentor Finance private equity Investments.
Leading business women and top managers will also join every meeting and will mentor the entrepreneurs in their first steps and guide them in order to anticipate and avoid the most common startup mistakes.
BWFR membership is free and all BWFR members will get a special discount for all three courses. NGO’s participation will be free of charge.
