Andreas Fuhrmann, Transearch
Andreas is German and Romanian. He studied Political and International Relations and acquired an MBA degree in Belgium. While working in a managerial position in Henkel KGaA, he was assigned in the early 92’s to Romania. In 1998, he moved into Assessment and Development and later into Management Consultancy, Executive Coaching, Customized Training and On-boarding projects. Over the last 16 years he delivered projects in various local multinationals such as: Carrefour Romania, Vodafone, 3M, JTI International, ABB, E-on, , Orange, Leo Burnett, ING Romania, Astra Zeneca, Pfizer, Bergenbier, Allianz Tiriac, Ernst & Young, Philip Morris, IKEA, etc.

Anca Mizumschi Popescu, Artec M.S.I.
Anca holds a double degree in Medicine and Psychology, a post-graduate diploma in HR Management and MA in Marketing degree from Kingston University, London, UK. She has 20 years of experience in the health-care industry covering different positions in pharmaceutical marketing and clinical trials in four multinational pharmaceutical companies in Romania. Also in these past years she was working in project management in projects of market research, recruitment, training and organizational culture evaluation for the pharmaceutical industry.

Ximena Reyes, City Compass Intercultural Consulting
Ximena is a Senior Consultant for Cross- Cultural management, relocation, and repatriation; delivering trainings for senior executives and intercultural communication workshops for Forbes 500 companies. Ximena has a strong international experience with more than 18 years working and living around the world from Scandinavia to Middle East, South America, Turkey, Germany, and Russia. Living in Romania since 2013, she is an active member of the expat community, Ambassador for Internations in Romania and a keynote speaker at numerous seminars and conferences.

Selma Dragos, Cut-e
Selma is a keen storyteller and story seeker, she works both as an HR Consultant, Coach and as a theater director and dramaturge, sometimes drawing on both in order to create development activities for groups.
