Pepsi Romania moves headquarters to Sun Offices in southern Bucharest
The beverage company PepsiCo, which runs the brands Pepsi and snacks producer Star Foods on the Romanian market, will move its headquarters in a 2,100 smq space in Sun Offices, in south Bucharest, according to the real estate company S IMMO AG, the owner of the office space. PepsiCo Romania is part of PepsiCo Europe. Colliers International mediated the deal.
Sun Plaza, the adjoining shopping center, opened in 2010. Sun Offices offers 9,000 sqm of office space on three levels above the center. Other tenants in Sun Offices are Uniqa, EMCT and Siepcofar Farmaciile Dona.
S IMMO AG also owns the Novotel hotel in Bucharest.
