Pernod Ricard Romania moves headquarters to Unirii View
Pernod Ricard, one of the biggest importers of distilled beverages in Romania, will move its headquarters to the Unirii View office tower in downtown Bucharest. The company has leased 600 sqm in the project developed by Belgian investor Yves Weerts.
IT group NTT Data Romania and beverages producer Red Bull have also leased office space in the building.
Unirii View, a EUR 33 million investment, will be finalized this summer. The tower will have 19 floors and will be the highest office tower in the Unirii area, with a height of 73 meters. Its total leasable area amounts to 17,500 sqm.
Real estate consultancy firm Griffes, founded and managed by Andreea Paun, is in charge with leasing strategy and commercial management for the project.
Pernod Ricard was assisted in this negotiation by real estate consultant Knight Frank Romania.
