Philip Morris Romania has appointed Romanian Alexandra Olaru as new Corporate Affairs director. She replaces Sorana Mantho, who left the company for a career as an independent consultant.

Alexandra Olaru will lead the department that develops and implements the communication and corporate affairs strategy. She previously worked for companies such as Nestlé Romania, Unilever South Central Europe, and McDonald’s Romania, where she coordinated the Public Affairs activities.

Olaru graduated from the Faculty of International Economic Relations within the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest in 1996 and has 18 years of experience in communications.
