Polish chef and journalist Robert Maklowiczv (in picture,left) recently filmed his show 'Robert Maklowicz’s Culinary Travels' in several locations in Transylvania and the Carpathian Mountains.

In the last show of the series Maklowiczv visited the LancertA vineyard in Buzau county, where he cooked with local chef Lucian Ciuparu (in picture,right) from the guest-house “Varf de Brad.”

The Polish chef tasted regional products such as Plescoi sausages, Babic and Ghiudem and had a look at the wine production process of the LancertA vineyard.

Robert Maklowiczv is a Polish journalist, historian and cook. Since 1998 Maklowicz has appeared in a weekly show that presents local cuisine from regions all around the world.
