ProCredit Bank Romania, the only German bank in the country, granted a RON 10 mln (EUR 2 mln) loan to Dendrio, a company part of the Bittnet Group (BVB: BNET), Economica.net reported. The bank has been collaborating with the Romanian IT group since 2014.

The financing comes in the context of the acquisition of the majority stake in Dataware Consulting by Dendrio, a takeover expected to bring significant benefits to both companies.

The acquisition represents an important step in the strategy of developing the Cloud & Infrastructure pillar of the Bittnet group – the pillar where Dataware Consulting joins the companies Dendrio Solutions, Optimizor, Top Tech and 2NET Computer.

"ProCredit Bank has become a reliable partner in the development of Bittnet Group's business, and we are confident in continuing this successful relationship," said Mihai Logofătu, CEO of Bittnet Grup.
