Consumer goods company Procter&Gamble has extended the lease agreement for office space in Immofinanz’s Iride Business Park in northern Bucharest for a period of five years.

The company also expanded the leased office space to 6,000 sqm.

Iride Business Park is held by Immofinanz Group and provides 92,855 sqm of rentable area. Some other tenants of the park are Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies, Japan Tobacco International, IC Companys, RX Atelier.

Real estate investor Immofinanz owns nine office buildings in Bucharest, namely Iride Business Park, S-Park, Pipera I, Victoria Park, Bucharest Corporate Center, Global Business Center, North Center, Baneasa Airport Tower.
