Vitalis Consulting, one of the top local players specialized in project management services in the construction sector, estimates a turnover of EUR 2.5 million for this year, up 25% compared to the previous year.

This year, the company has been involved in over 50 projects in Romania and Great Britain. The projects had a total surface of over 1 million sqm and a total value of over EUR 650 million.

Vitalis Consulting has been involved in the construction of office projects and shopping centers totaling over 200,000 square meters, including Globalworth Tower (58, 262 sqm), The Landmark (26,500 sqm), The Bridge Phase 1 (approx. 50,000 sqm), and 4B Gara Herastrau (approx. 16,200 sqm).

The company has provided project management services for the restoration and reconstruction of the Mercury shopping center in Craiova, which was completed in June 2016, as well as for Bistrita Retail Park, which is still under construction.

The company has completed this year the work on three London hotels totaling over 1,100 rooms, namely Riverbank Park Plaza Hotel, Hercules House Park Plaza Hotel, and Hotel Club A40. It is also involved in the construction of the Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Bucharest’s Old Town.
