Razvan Iorgu replaces Radu Lucianu as head of CB Richard Ellis Romania

Razvan Iorgu (in picture) is the new general manager of the real estate consulting company CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) Romania, replacing Radu Lucianu, who ended his mandate. Razvan Iorgu, 35, joined the real estate consulting company in 2001, and starting 2009 he served as Chief Operating Officer. Lucianu has worked with CBRE – the former Eurisko – for 12 years.

The new management team of CB Richard Ellis Romania is made of Catalina Jigman (head of office agency and GCS), Luiza Moraru (head of retail department), Marian Orzu (manager of industrial department), Laura Bencze (research manager), Adrian Nicolescu (manager department valuation and advisory) and Mircea Draghici (project manager hotels).

In the first quarter of this year, CB Richard Ellis Romania traded over 22,000 sqm and had a market share of 39 percent on the tenants segment and a market share of 31 percent on the segment representing the owners.The transactions' value was EUR 8.77 million, according to the company.

CBRE took over Romanian real estate agency Eurisko in 2008.
