RBS Romania will move its headquarters to a 8,700 sqm space in Lake View office building on Barbu Vacarescu boulevard at the beginning of November. The bank will occupy the ground floor of the building, where it will have a branch, as well as the first three floors of the office building, according to its representatives. The bank will however keep the preferred banking and retail banking current locations in the World Trade Center offices in Montreal Square in the capital city.

Lake View office building was developed by AIG/Lincoln and Black Sea Global investment fund. The building has a 24,000 sqm leasable area.

RBS Romania runs 30 branches across the country. It has been active on the Romanian market for the last 15 years, having started out as as ABN Amro, which has been eventually bought by RBS.
