RCS & RDS opens free Wi-Fi hotspots in Romania for its clients. Check out locations

Romanian telecom company RCS & RDS has recently launched a network of Wi-Fi hotspots in Romania which are free for its users. So far, three indoor hotspots have been listed on the company's webpage for Bucharest – at AFI Palace Cotroceni, Eroilor and Izvor metro stations. Free Wi-Fi hotspots are also available in Arges, Bihor, Brasov, Constanta, Mures and Sibiu. Check out the Wi-Fi hotspots map here.

Those who have RCS & RDS internet subscriptions – either fixed internet or mobile internet – can access the Wi-Fi network for free. The user and password are the same as for the RCS&RDS internet services.

RCS & RDS has 9 million users of cable, internet, satellite TV, mobile and fixed telephony services. The company is controlled by Romanian businessman Zoltan Teszari. It was created 15 years ago and operates on the Romanian market, as well as in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and Serbia. The company has included internet services as well as landline and mobile telephony to its offer recently, having also launched specialized TV channels: DIGI Film, DIGI Sport, Zece TV.
