Real estate investor might build new offices in Romania
Romanian real estate investor Liviu Tudor might begin next year the construction of a new office building, after he strengthened his portfolio in the recent years of economic crisis.
His intention is based on the fact that there are several tenants on the market that organize auctions for new headquarters. Usually, the multinationals express their interest for a new space and office owners participate with offers from which the future tenant chooses the most advantageous.
“We hope to win new auctions in 2015 and thus to have all the necessary premises to start the development of a new office building,” Tudor told local Capital.ro.
