Real estate transactions in Romania maintain uptrend in February

The number of real estate transactions closed in Romania in February this year reached 50,756, up by 4.5% compared to the same month of last year, according to the National Cadaster and Real Estate Publicity Agency – ANCPI.

The ANCPI statistics include the sales of land and houses.

Most transactions were recorded in Bucharest, namely 7,310, followed by Cluj county (3,459) and Timis county (3,169). At the opposite end, Covasna, Gorj and Salaj county saw the fewest transactions, under 400 each.
