Private healthcare operator Regina Maria has rented a 1,500 sqm office space in the Charles de Gaulle Plaza office building in Bucharest.

Negotiations began at the end of 2015 and ended in February 2015, when it signed the lease, reports local Dailybusiness.ro.

Regina Maria could change its shareholders this year, according to market sources end-February. The company has not denied, nor confirmed the information about a possible deal which could stay at some EUR 100 million.

The healthcare operator posted a EUR 55 million turnover last year and EUR 8.3 operating profit EBITDA.
