Romania faces new heat wave

July seems to be a hot month for Romania. A new heat wave will hit the country this weekend, according to recent data from meteorologists.

On Friday, July 18, the weather will be hot across the country, especially in the west and south-west regions. In these areas, the meteorologists have issued a yellow alert of heat, expecting temperatures to go up to 38 degrees Celsius.  The counties targeted by this alert are Arad, Dolj, Olt, Bihor, Gorj, Timis, Caras Severin, Mehedinti, and Teleorman.

On July 19 and July 20, the yellow alert of heat spreads throughout the country. The temperatures will go up to 36 degrees Celsius, and even 38 degrees Celsius in some areas.
