Romania takes EUR 200 mln from IBRD to help high schools, universities
The Romanian Government has borrowed EUR 200 million from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) to help more high school students graduate and enroll in university.
The project’s beneficiaries are public high schools with low graduation rates and public universities, reads a Government’s press release, cited by local Dailybusiness.ro.
About 1,160 high schools will benefit from this program, the Government estimates.
