Alexandra Olteanu is the managing director of the media agency Initiative, part of Lowe Group. She will replace Steve Dallas from September 15, 2011, after Dallas' mandate will come to an end. As managing director she will lead all Initiative's operations, including activities on strategy, buying, media consulting, research and digital.

Alexandra Olteanu, a graduate of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, joined Initiative in 1995, and since 2002 she has been coordinating the Media Buying department. Inititive media agency has been active on the Romanian market for 17 years. The company reported EUR 38.3 million in business last year.
