Romanian news TV station Antena 3 has signed an agreement with CNN International which allows the local TV station to broadcast news shows from CNN. In return, Antena 3's stories will also be broadcasted by CNN International. CNN is also affiliated with Pro TV and state-owned TV station TVR.

Romanian Antena 3 is owned by the Intact group, controlled by the Voiculescu family. The TV station became the only news station in Romania to be affiliated with CNN International.

CNN's parent company is Turner Broadcasting Systems, a Time Warner company.
